Terrace Park Suites is conveniently located in the Old Northeast Neighborhood close to Downtown St. Petersburg's Business and Tourist Center - we are close to anything you could ask for.
Our property is just a 30 minute drive to either Tampa International or St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airports and a less than 5 minute drive into the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. If travelling without a car, Super Shuttle offers door to door service from both Airports.
We are easily reached by car from I-275 in just a few minutes.
Directions to Terrace Park Suites
Coming from Tampa
- take I-275 South to Exit 23a (I-375)
- take I-375 to the very end
- once I-375 ends you will be on 4th Avenue North
- follow 4th Ave North to 1st Street North
- turn left onto 1st Street North
- turn right onto 9th Avenue NE
- Terrace Park Suites will be on your right hand side on the corner of 9th Ave and Bay Street
Coming from the South (Bradenton, Sarasota etc.)
- take I-275 North to Exit 23 (I-375)
- take I-375 to the very end
- once I-375 ends you will be on 4th Avenue North
- follow 4th Ave North to 1st Street North
- turn left onto 1st Street North
- turn right onto 9th Avenue NE
- Terrace Park Suites will be on your right hand side on the corner of 9th Ave and Bay Street
