Please inquire for special rates for extended stays of 6 months or longer.
- Rates subject to 7% sales tax and 5% tourist development tax.
- Above rates include bi-weekly housekeeping service, daily housekeeping available at addtl. charge
- Additonal guests on sleeper sofa (1-Bedroom Suite) or on roll-away cot (in Studios) if available at a nightly fee of $20.00 per extra person.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Check-in: 3pm - please call ahead if expecting to arrive later than 6pm
Check-out: 11am - late check-outs, if available, at an addtional fee
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are free of charge if received 14 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations received after, the total amount of the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
Reservation Policies:
- minimum night stay requirements during special event dates
- rates subject to change during special event dates
- a $200.00 deposit by valid credit card or check is required to secure your reservation
- no refunds for late check-ins or early departures
- total balance is due at check-in
- guests must be 21 years or older in order to stay with us - except when travelling with parents
- use of property for registered guests only
